How to teach your kids guide for ages 8 & under
Have you been having trouble with life and your kids don’t go to school anymore? Here are some ideas to try to help you:
Ages 2-4
Learn to count: Use pebbles and set them out for your child to count with, and give them different colors of them for your child to make patterns. You can use glass pebbles, or pebbles from your backyard.
Learn the ABCs: Cut the construction paper into the letters’s shapes, and glue onto printer paper. Serve a themed lunch, with foods that start with that letter. You’ll need…
- Construction Paper
- White Printing Paper
- Glue
Ages 5-8
Learn math: Use pebbles or other items for the problems. For example 4 x 3 = 12. Lay pebbles as shown below for that problem. A star represents a pebble.

Learn writing: Let your child write a few sentences (or more) about them or something they want to write about. Give them a jar of writing prompts to choose from, if you wish.
